We are part of a condominium marina with 168 slips varying in size from 30-50 feet.

• Direct access to the bay, with great fishing & shark tooth/ fossil hunting
• Access to heated /air conditioned bathrooms & showers
• A sparkling swimming pool

*The boatyard hosts various social events such as outdoor family picnics, birthday parties, baby showers and more throughout the year. We rent the outdoor patio not only for the slip owners and renters, but the general public.

The boatyard is in a great location for sailing, cruising or fishing – 32 miles south of Annapolis, 15 miles north of Solomons Island, 20 miles west of Oxford and minutes away from Parkers Creek and the Power Plant/Gas docks, some of the best fishing grounds & shark tooth/ fossil hunting on the Bay are right next door.
